About the Role:
- As the first quality engineer, you will establish the foundation for validating AI-driven systems.
- You will define the long-term quality roadmap and elevate the entire engineering organization.
What You'll Do:
- Design and maintain testing systems for deterministic and AI-influenced behavior.
- Collaborate early with engineering to surface risks and promote testability.
- Expand verification approach from unit to integration, system, and stress testing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The base salary range is $150,000 - $165,000 USD.
