About the role:
- Hire an SVP to lead AI and data strategy for risk adjustment and value-based care programs.
- Own the end-to-end platform including chart extraction, data warehouse, and business intelligence.
- Work as a working executive, staying close to systems while giving team leaders autonomy.
What you will own:
- AI and machine learning for chart intelligence, including retrospective and prospective extraction.
- Data warehouse architecture on Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric, and BI reporting in Looker.
- Risk analytics to determine Medicare Advantage value from coded charts.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record of leading AI and data organizations with deep applied ML and LLM experience.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, BI tools, and healthcare risk adjustment or medical coding.
- Leadership of multiple technical teams, setting direction while granting execution autonomy.
How success is measured:
- Accuracy and coverage of code and quality extraction across workflows.
- Reliability and adoption of the internal results API by downstream engineering teams.
- Movement of data science research into production with measurable accuracy gains.
