Job Description

In the context of maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a HR Business Partner for a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Partner of the software engineering workshop, you will carry out HR support, collective and individual, of 140 Octos. Your expertise and your seasoned posture enable you to deploy HR processes and the OCTO culture, while identifying and responding to local HR issues.

Being an HR Business Partner at OCTO is: Ensuring HR monitoring of Octos Supporting the Octos of the Software Engineering workshop. Conducting professional interviews & return-to-work interviews after a long absence Responding to HR requests from employees/managers. Following up on the analysis of Octos' satisfaction and implementing the necessary actions. Managing complex situations and related actions. Implementing the HR Policy. Guiding and advising managers on HR issues. Participate in the construction and/or deployment of HR projects. Octo is committed to diversity and inclusion.
