Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building sciences and industrial hygiene projects, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop project plans including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling to exceed client expectations.
- Provide technical expertise in air quality, asbestos, lead-based paint, water damage, and hazardous materials assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field (e.g., environmental science, chemistry, biology, engineering).
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in industrial hygiene with a strong focus on building sciences.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Remote work arrangement with travel to client sites in the northeast US.
- May require working outdoors in various weather conditions and wearing personal protective equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and crawling.
