Job Description

Avery Dennison is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our business-to-business (B2B) customers. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts in all aspects of order processing, follow-up, pricing accuracy, and delivery performance. Key responsibilities include implementing and executing customer service strategies, acting as the main liaison between customers and marketing/sales teams, coordinating with Logistics, Operations, and Transportation, and championing the customer’s voice internally. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing programs, providing backup support to teammates, collaborating with Sales, and communicating supply chain issues. Candidates must have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment within manufacturing or industrial organizations, and experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential.
