Job Description
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of all demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, events, content syndication, and more. Partner with sales leadership to define lead scoring, funnel stages, and handoff processes to ensure seamless conversion. Collaborate with product marketing to develop messaging, content, and offers that align with buyer personas and customer journey. Lead forecasting and reporting of pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign ROI and present insights to executive leadership. Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack to enable scalable, data-driven marketing. Oversee the performance and growth of a team, including campaign managers and digital specialists. Test and iterate on campaign strategy using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization. Drive the strategy for ABM programs in key enterprise accounts in collaboration with sales and customer success.
