Senior Product Operations Manager

The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the best products to move our business forward. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll out, and iterate on products. As Motive continues to expand its suite of products on its massive network of devices, they are looking for a talented Product Operations Manager who can take their International Expansion efforts to the next level. You will be tasked with identifying and executing opportunities for product growth, process improvement and automation, and sales and marketing insights. You will be charged with changing how Motive tackles customer requests to make them more data-driven, efficient, and create a bigger impact. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales, marketing, and engineering teams to help drive rapid company growth. In addition, you will take on the responsibility of project manager for a variety of innovative new projects that have a cross functional impact on the business.
