THE ROLE:
- We are seeking a CRM Systems Lead to join our Corporate Shared Services team.
- This is a unique opportunity to build HubSpot Service Hub from the ground up and own it end to end.
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience and is comfortable with custom code.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own system administration, workflow automation, and integrations with Dialpad, NetSuite, and internal data pipelines.
- Lead rollout execution for branch launches, including configuration, hypercare, and transition to steady state.
- Manage our agency partner and ensure quality delivery.
