Responsibilities:
- Help implement new features within the Veeva Safety suite and work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand requirements.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs focused on holistic customer success.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in life sciences with Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain experience and consulting function background.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, regulations, and experience implementing safety systems like Aris or Argus.
- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries, collaborate with stakeholders, and act with speed to design and deliver solutions.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote, full-time role with occasional travel to the Veeva Hyderabad site and about 25% project travel.
