What You'll Do:
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
- Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications
- Bulk import/export of content and data
Requirements:
- Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software in regulated industries
- Customer service or consulting experience
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Project management experience
- Understanding of Life Sciences drug development process
- Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault
