Seeking an experienced Business Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a dedicated individual to support our operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, efficiency in task management, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Responsibilities include insurance verifications, managing calls and scheduling appointments, obtaining authorizations, providing live client greetings, preparing reports, verifying eligibility, client check-in/check-out, fax management, and referral management.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with familiarity with VPN usage. Experience with StrataEMR and Prompt EMR are a plus. A dual-monitor setup is required.
