Sourcer

The Sourcer will partner with recruiters and engineering hiring managers to understand role requirements. Responsibilities include sourcing high-quality engineering candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms. The Sourcer will create and test outreach strategies to improve candidate response rates, build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data roles, and conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit and interest. They will also track sourcing activity and candidate progress in the ATS and share sourcing insights and market data with the team.
