Actuarial Manager

As an Actuarial Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to your clients and a coach to your team. You’ll set the vision for your projects and lead the day-to-day execution with the support of a collaborative, cross-functional group. You’ll have the opportunity to shape deliverables, lead client communications, and support new business efforts in a dynamic and mission-aligned environment. Key responsibilities include: research and gathering information; leading analysis of plan data, financial statements, and actuarial models; overseeing creation, review, and refinement of actuarial tools and Excel models; conducting quality reviews; setting direction and supporting client deliverables; mentoring junior team members; participating in strategy discussions; upholding integrity.
