As a Principal at Athena, you’ll be setting strategic direction, nurturing key client relationships, and guiding complex engagements from opportunity through delivery. You’ll collaborate directly with other Principals, Senior Managers, junior staff, clients, and our executive team to shape solutions that have meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in growing our practice, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring Athena remains a trusted advisor in the health space.

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role on client teams, taking ownership of your work and collaborating closely with Analysts, Senior Analysts, and lead actuaries. You’ll support important Medicaid-focused projects by analyzing data, building models, and contributing insights that help shape client strategies. The role also provides opportunities to engage with clients, support new business efforts, and participate in Athena’s broader community.

Coach and prepare executive assistants to work with ambitious owners and executives of companies. Lead a group of coaches, develop a coaching program, and collaborate with learning teams, and maintain knowledge of the executive assistant role. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to enhance learning experiences and meet deadlines.
