Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the experimentation roadmap for email marketing growth, running A/B tests across subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and lifecycle messaging to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Analyze email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities, write clear testing hypotheses, and partner with the email team on implementation.
  • Perform ongoing market and competitor research to generate new experiment ideas, maintain a backlog of growth experiments, and document learnings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in email marketing and 2 years in growth and A/B test execution.
  • Strong hands-on experience with experimentation in email or lifecycle marketing, and ability to generate testing ideas that improve conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data; experience with tools such as Mixpanel or Customer.io.
