Responsibilities:
- Act as primary logistics lead for all Americas retail channels, optimizing accounts and onboarding new retailers.
- Drive financial performance through cost analysis, chargeback reduction, and KPI scorecard ownership.
- Use AI tools to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bring 7+ years of retail logistics experience, including 2+ years in people management.
- Demonstrate expertise in retail compliance, chargeback management, and hands-on AI proficiency.
- Possess strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
