AI Product Manager

About the Role:

• Build software for temperature-sensitive logistics and regulated supply chains.
• Guide core product modules and AI-powered agents for logistics, quality, and operations teams.

What You'll Do:

• Own product roadmaps for core modules and AI agents.
• Work with customers in pharma logistics to turn complex workflows into practical software.
• Define and measure outcomes like automated decisions, time saved, and faster releases.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of product management or engineering experience, with 2+ years building AI or ML-powered B2B SaaS.
• Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.
• Experience owning roadmaps and collaborating across multiple teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 annually with equity and health benefits.
• Remote within the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
