Responsibilities:
- Own agent scope, tools, escalation, and human-in-the-loop contracts.

Technical Expectations:
- Prototype prompts and agents; use agentic coding tools daily.
- Diagnose failures, write FRDs, and evaluate readiness.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $280k-$300k plus bonus, equity, and flexible benefits.
