Responsibilities:

  • Guide enterprise-level business automation programs for strategic customers, ensuring maximum business value and organizational impact.
  • Work with stakeholders from C-suite executives to team members, driving business adoption with a focus on tangible outcomes and enhancing work processes.
  • Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming .NET/Java applications.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles, with expertise in software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to customer success.

Work Arrangement:

  • Many roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done, with the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers varying by team.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada for this role.
