About the Role:
- We're hiring our first product manager to own what we build next at Centralize.
- You'll sit between enterprise customers, sales/success teams, and engineering to define the roadmap.
What You'll Do:
- Own the product roadmap end to end, from discovery to launch.
- Be the translation layer between GTM and engineering, turning customer pain into clear specs.
- Hold the quality bar and build the product function from scratch.
What We're Looking For:
- High agency, curiosity, and exceptional communication skills.
- Track record of shipping products including the GTM side, technical enough to go deep with engineers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
Interview Process:
- Recruiter screen, founder screen, product deep dive, shipped product deep dive, and leads panel.
- Process is designed to complete in under two weeks.
