About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
- You will own meaningful work from ambiguity through shipped outcomes, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
- Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear experience direction.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction specifications, and production-ready documentation.
- Strengthen design-system adoption and support junior designers with practical guidance.
What We're Looking For:
- An exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking, and customer empathy.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a deep care for usability and accessibility.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and modern design tooling.
