Assistant Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze student activity and respond based on training and input from the lead instructor.
• Manage student communications and escalate unique issues.
• Assist with grading, feedback, tutoring, live sessions, and student outreach.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience required; online teaching preferred.
• Master's degree in English or Communication required.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

• Remote home office setting with high-speed internet and dedicated phone line.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range of $18.25 - $27.75.
