This role will have a specialized focus on equity planning management and core compensation modeling and administration. While day-to-day equity administration is managed by an external vendor, this role will serve as the internal leadβmanaging the vendor, ensuring compliance with plan rules, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to support our executive and investor-aligned programs.
