Intellectual Property Counsel

As Intellectual Property Counsel at Vanta, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to strategically manage and grow Vanta’s patent portfolio and counsel product teams on new feature development and release, including advising on IP as well as other general compliance issues related to SaaS products. You will provide guidance to Legal and other teams on in-bound licensed intellectual property and partner with Vanta’s rapidly growing marketing team to protect Vanta’s trademarks. The role involves working on Vanta’s IP and domain name portfolio management and enforcement and supporting the Legal team on other Product, Privacy, and IP initiatives as needed.
