Act as the first point of contact for developers integrating Phantom's SDKs and other products. Day to day, you’ll triage issues, reproduce bugs, and unblock integrations quickly through clear, friendly support. You will also contribute to our AI support chatbot as a secondary responsibility by providing training content and feedback that improves answer quality and safety.
Responsibilities include frontline developer support, triage and escalation, resolution, documentation, tooling mastery, communication, and risk and abuse awareness.
