Job Description

As a member of the UX143 marketing team, you will play an important role in helping shape Ultragenyx’s go-to-market strategy for a potential new treatment. Through active participation in the planning and execution of advisory boards, you’ll gain real-world experience in how biotech companies gather insights from key opinion leaders (HCPs) and patients to inform strategy. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for both HCP and patient advisory board meetings, working closely with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, etc.). You will also contribute to the development of insight-generation plans to inform launch readiness, engage with marketing, commercial, medical, and insights teams to understand how advisory input is translated into launch plans, and own a small project or workstream related to advisory board follow-up and improvement, such as benchmarking competitor ad board strategies or developing a toolkit for future events. You'll present findings and learning outcomes to the broader marketing team in a final presentation at the end of the internship.
