Director of Operations (West Coast)

Supervise Vector contract managers in support of client contract compliance. In this role, you'll ensure contract compliance, pricing integrity, team productivity, training programs, and safety. This position oversees fleet maintenance and parts management contracts, working remotely, preferably residing between Texas to California. You will establish operations standards for cost control, safety, and productivity, directing the implementation of preventive maintenance and repair policies. This role involves tracking key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, with a minimum of 15 days in the field per month visiting Site Managers and staff on client issues.
