Event Strategy:

• Define which events to attend, sponsor, or host based on lead generation potential.
• Evaluate ROI and work with Demand Gen to recommend investments.
• Build an annual event calendar balancing local, regional, and national opportunities.

Event Logistics and Execution:

• Own pre-event planning: budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, booth design, staffing.
• Lead flawless on-site execution for events of any scale.
• Oversee owned events like lunch & learns, client dinners, and office visits.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Prep leadership for speaking engagements and panels.
• Brief sales teams so they are ready for productive conversations.
• Partner with marketing to promote event participation effectively.
