- Develop the annual event marketing strategy and investment plan based on business impact.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to ensure event marketing supports company priorities.
Revenue Growth & Business Performance:
- Own the event marketing function's contribution to pipeline generation and revenue.
- Establish KPIs and performance frameworks tied to pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
- Present executive-level business reviews and recommendations.
Organizational Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and develop prenatal events support, including full-time team members and external partners.
- Build organizational capability through scalable systems and standardized procedures.
- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
