About the Role:
- You will own the strategy, performance, and execution of our national conference portfolio to drive measurable pipeline growth.
- You will establish event tiering, manage budgets, and set ROI targets while partnering with Sales and Executive leadership.
- You will collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute cohesive pre- and post-event attendee engagement campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related Marketing experience with a focus on event marketing and/or demand generation.
- Proven expertise in architecting large-scale B2B conference strategies within healthcare, health-tech, or enterprise software.
- Experience overseeing large event budgets ($2.45M+ scale) across sponsorships, logistics, and vendor execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience collaborating with clinical or medical affairs teams to secure compliance-sensitive marketing collateral.
- Proficiency using marketing automation systems (HubSpot) and CRM reporting tools (Salesforce) for multi-touch attribution.
- Existing relationships with tier-1 event vendors and a track record of scaling to 30+ national conferences annually.
