Engineering Manager, Data Feeds

The Role:

• Lead a critical area of the engineering organization responsible for one of Chainlink's flagship products.
• Combine technical leadership, engineering judgment, and people leadership to ensure high-quality, reliable infrastructure.
• Work closely with Product, Technical Leads, and peer Engineering Managers to deliver complex distributed systems.

Your Impact:

• Establish clear engineering ownership, enabling teams to execute predictably while maintaining high standards.
• Coach and develop senior engineers and technical leads, expanding leadership capacity.
• Drive improvements to engineering planning, prioritization, and execution.

Required Skills:

• Deep experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and engineering judgment.
• Proven experience leading engineering execution through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience partnering with Product organizations to deliver complex technical roadmaps.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading infrastructure, or mission-critical financial technology.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
