You will be responsible for designing and executing a dynamic portfolio of events—including client conferences, industry trade shows, internal company gatherings, executive dinners, and multi-city roadshows—while driving localized marketing strategies to generate demand, accelerate the sales pipeline, and align with Rithum’s strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful events that inspire clients and engage industry leaders.
Define and execute a North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and achieve measurable business goals. Track key event metrics for North America events such as attendance, leads generated, opportunities and pipeline generated, and client feedback to evaluate event success. Preferably US east-coast based, as this role will be collaborative with a global field marketing team.
