Drive discovery, research, and ideation, partnering closely with product management and engineering to propose and drive exciting new product opportunities. Unlock new invite and collaboration opportunities, re-envision the sharing experience, and improve the review and commenting experience. Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore problem spaces and identify potential solutions. Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points. Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross functional partners.
