Job Description
Fathom is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help scale their team. As one of the founding recruiters, you’ll own roles end-to-end and build recruiting programs. You will refine sourcing and interview strategies to identify and close the best talent. The role involves end-to-end search ownership, driving strategy and execution. You'll manage process, scheduling, and candidate communication independently. You'll also use pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues, while collaborating with hiring managers to provide coaching and support.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments. They must be skilled in crafting compelling narratives and strategic closing, with strong attention to detail. Experience in non-technical recruiting, employer branding, and building recruiting infrastructure is a bonus.
