Billing Specialist (Part-Time)

The Billing Specialist will take full ownership of all billing operations within our day-to-day business. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our billing systems while ensuring exceptional communication with internal teams, patients, providers, and various departments. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions when needed, and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Lifefile software is essential. Key Responsibilities include generating and managing monthly billing, scheduling and managing ACH withdrawals, updating and monitoring payment methods, reviewing and balancing statements, auditing invoices, and communicating professionally to resolve billing issues.
