Senior Product Manager - Email System

As the Senior Product Manager for Email Service, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of HighLevel’s email infrastructure and deliverability systems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, deliverability, compliance, and customer success teams to scale and optimize our email delivery ecosystem—supporting millions of messages daily across shared and dedicated sending environments. Key responsibilities include product ownership, strategy & planning, cross-functional collaboration, customer insight, performance & metrics, compliance & governance, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on email systems, a strong understanding of email deliverability, and excellent communication skills.
