This Total Rewards Manager role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the competitiveness and effectiveness of our total rewards strategy. You will support administration of annual compensation review cycles and prepare compensation-related materials for executive-level meetings. You will manage day-to-day administration of U.S. benefit and wellness programs, monitoring benefits utilization trends, benefit invoice audits, and partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will use advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills to develop repeatable models.
