Sr IT Project Manager

Defines project scope, objectives, key resources, budget and project plan in support of multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects of any level, or a program. Measuring project performance, reporting, and escalating in support of multiple projects of any level or a program. Leads complex enterprise level IAM projects or serves as program manager. Effectively applies the organization’s project management methodology and tool, as well as enforces IAM and Cyber Portfolio Best Practices and project standards. Monitors and prepares reports to ensure work is progressing to meet the deliverables on time and under budget. Manages delivery of multiple complex capital and non-capital IAM and IT projects simultaneously and occasionally requires after hours (evening and overnight) shifts to minimize the impact to patient safety. Proactively identifies, manages and minimizes organization’s exposure and risk on projects. Oversees and manages QA processes - project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately in project repository(ies). Contributes to professional development goals and continuous improvement.
