Job Description

We’re entering the credit space with a new offering: embedded credit programs that empower brands to offer their own branded credit cards or lines of credit. We’re seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial sales leader to drive this initiative from the ground up. This role will lead the go-to-market efforts and be responsible for identifying, closing, and launching credit partnerships between program owners (e.g., retailers or fintechs), sponsor banks, and capital providers. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy and execution for our new credit program offering, helping program owners design and launch branded credit cards or lines of credit. You will identify, engage, and close partnerships with potential program sponsors–consumer-facing companies that want to offer credit products to their users. Act as the key orchestrator across a multi-party deal cycle involving sponsor banks, capital providers, and technology partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and technical stakeholders, guiding them through the decision-making and onboarding process. The Director will continuously refine our sales strategy, messaging, and processes based on market learnings and partner feedback.
