What you'll own:
- Lead end-to-end design for the Manage product area.
- Shape how financial data is visualized and surfaced for people who are not accountants.
- Design complex, multi-stakeholder workflows for cross-team collaboration.
What you bring:
- Seasoned IC, who writes their own brief, defines the problem, and sets the roadmap in partnership with their PM.
- Someone who is full of questions, and they seek out answers, deriving insights from deep listening in user interviews.
- Systems thinker, who has designed for data-dense, multi-entity systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $160 - $205k plus equity
