Take full responsibility for the design, build, and ongoing evolution of PolicyMe’s marketing site, ensuring it delivers a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-friendly experience. Translate briefs and ideas into clean, component-driven designs, including landing pages, editorial templates, partner pages, and interactive tools. Develop pages using our existing CMS structure and reusable components, while creating new templates or modules when needed to support growth and content initiatives. Work closely with the Growth, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver projects that align with brand, traffic, and lead generation goals. Oversee releases, troubleshoot visual or functional issues, and ensure every page is responsive, accessible, and polished across devices. Identify opportunities to extend or refine reusable patterns, improving build velocity and visual cohesion. Monitor site performance, run lightweight UX research or A/B testing on underperforming pages, and recommend design or UX improvements. Collaborate with engineering, external Webflow developers, or agencies when net-new custom components or complex builds are required. Implement layouts and components that enhance readability, engagement, and technical SEO performance. Bring forward new ideas for interactive elements, dynamic content, and AI-enabled features that improve the overall site experience.
