Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of federal contracts and subcontracts from start to closeout.
- Review and negotiate prime contracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs.
- Interpret FAR/DFARS and advise on compliance and risks.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of government contracts experience.
- Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
- Experience with OTA, SBIR/STTR, and defense innovation vehicles.
