Job Description
The primary role of the CSR will be to create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team by answering inbound calls from customers wanting information about the reverse mortgage program and initiating outbound calls to potential customers. The agent should be prepared to make 100+ dials per day and meet business defined metrics of production.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, initiating outbound calls, creating interest in the reverse mortgage program, qualifying customers, transferring interested customers to the sales team, creating appointments for follow up, mailing information packets, and updating the Sales CRM.
