Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain software licensing positions for enterprise publishers.
- Analyze software entitlement, usage, and deployment data to identify compliance risks and optimization opportunities.
- Support software audits, true-ups, renewals, and vendor compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, software licensing, or related IT Asset Management functions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, preferably within SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, or ITAM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
