Experience:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI driven ServiceNow platform development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Consultants, and Marketing to deeply understand the features, integrations, and value propositions.
  • Develop engaging and outcome-based software demonstrations that showcase the platform’s capabilities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s architecture, technical stack, and integration capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the demo lifecycle.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality, relevance, and competitiveness of demonstrations.
  • Build narratives that resonate with customer priorities and industry benchmarks.
