- 5+ years of experience in AI driven ServiceNow platform development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Consultants, and Marketing to deeply understand the features, integrations, and value propositions.
- Develop engaging and outcome-based software demonstrations that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s architecture, technical stack, and integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the demo lifecycle.
Market Awareness:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality, relevance, and competitiveness of demonstrations.
- Build narratives that resonate with customer priorities and industry benchmarks.
