Join Mozilla on the Marketing team as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for the development and execution of marketing programs that drive growth of Mozilla products across France. The candidate will own regional market insights/research requirements and build coordinated marketing plans grounded in data-driven hypotheses. They will partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative, and Brand to deliver breakthrough campaigns via owned and paid channels. They will analyze program results and develop actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities include partnering with the Director of Global Integrated Marketing to develop campaigns, developing an understanding of the Regional landscape, collaborating with teams to develop impactful channel mix strategies, ensuring product market fit, setting program goals, and tracking campaign performance. The position requires strong program management skills and accountability for the end-to-end execution of all assigned projects.
The position requires 8+ years of consumer marketing or brand marketing experience, a product growth portfolio, a solid understanding of coordinated channel mix approaches, a grasp of quantitative test designs, outstanding organization and project management skills, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently. Tech industry experience preferred.
