Accounting Manager, China (Fixed Term)

Lead and oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP. Manage all aspects of reconciliations, including bank accounts, inventory, and intercompany transactions. Oversee inventory accounting and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, Supply Chain, Retail) to ensure accurate costing and valuation. Maintain and optimize the NetSuite ERP system; identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all general ledger accounts and internal controls.
