About the Role:
- Drive product development for home categories from concept to production.
- Partner with design, sourcing, and production to meet timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage samples, materials, and vendor communications across programs.
- Review costing, source fabrics and trims, and hit cost targets.
- Approve production samples and support factory readiness.
