Position Summary:
- Lead product management for Perforce's infrastructure automation platform.
- Report to VP Product and drive growth engine for AI era.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 senior product managers.
- Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 8+ years product management experience.
- Deep understanding of DevOps, infrastructure as code, and containerization.
- Experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Experience with open-source and hybrid enterprise deployments.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
