  • Enterprise Risk Management:
  • Build a consistent organization-wide ERM framework.
  • Develop and maintain an organizational risk register.
  • Create and document a controls library.
  • Legal and Compliance Integration:
  • Embed risk thinking into policy lifecycle management.
  • Ensure the ERM framework reflects regulatory obligations.
  • Develop compliance reporting tools for staff and leadership.
  • Governance and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a point of coordination between Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operations.
  • Facilitate consistent communication on risk themes across teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Legal & Compliance systems for accountability.
