- Enterprise Risk Management:
- Build a consistent organization-wide ERM framework.
- Develop and maintain an organizational risk register.
- Create and document a controls library.
- Legal and Compliance Integration:
- Embed risk thinking into policy lifecycle management.
- Ensure the ERM framework reflects regulatory obligations.
- Develop compliance reporting tools for staff and leadership.
- Governance and Collaboration:
- Serve as a point of coordination between Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operations.
- Facilitate consistent communication on risk themes across teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of Legal & Compliance systems for accountability.
